Warehouse Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of products.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and inventory reports.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any shipping-related issues.
- Evaluate and optimize shipping methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in warehouse and shipping management.

**IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?** Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience in a related position.
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in warehouse management, shipping, or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and best practices.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
