**What we expect**:
**Your r**esponsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet operational demands while minimizing holding costs.
- Train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Develop work schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to drive professional growth.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to streamline logistics.
- Monitor and manage shipping costs to align with budgetary goals.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order accuracy, and efficiency metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements to senior management.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Your qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, ideally in the elevator or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
