Norseman Structures is looking to add a Fiercely Reliable **Logistics Administrator** to our team

The **Logistics Administrator **will perform various administrative duties in support of the execution of Norseman’s ShelterSolutions for our corporate customers and dealer partners. The **Logistics Administrator **will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers with a strong attention to detail.

**Job Duties of the Logistics Administrator**
- Assist in planning of shipments with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare weekly load sheet and other reports as needed
- Complete logistics quotes for dealer and corporate projects
- Review project documentation and contracts to align product delivery with specific requirements
- Process documentation for product shipments
- Issue export customs documentation and coordinates import customs documentation
- Issue and administer purchase order for accessory items
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Requirements of the Logistics Administrator**
- 1 year Post-Secondary education is an asset
- 1 - 3 years of direct work experience in an Administrative Support capacity
- 1-3 years’ experience with Logistics
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Have a strong Customer Service focus
- Experience within the industrial manufacturing or construction industry an asset
- ERP management systems experience an asset

Strong attention to detail
- Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational skills.
