En tant que **coordonnatrice ou coordonnateur, Traduction et communications françaises**, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la coordonnatrice principale et relèverai de la superviseure du Service de traduction et de communications françaises. Ce poste s’adresse à une personne polyvalente qui souhaite participer à toutes les étapes de la gestion de projets de traduction, notamment le triage des demandes de traduction, la satisfaction de la clientèle interne et les relations avec les fournisseurs de services de traduction.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Recevoir, analyser et trier les demandes de traduction.
- Clarifier les demandes et négocier les échéances au besoin.
- Attribuer les tâches de traduction, de révision ou de relecture d’épreuve aux ressources internes ou externes et assurer la coordination et la communication continue entre les parties prenantes.
- Formater, mettre en page ou publier en ligne des documents, le cas échéant.
- Livrer les traductions et fermer les demandes.

**Vos compétences**:

- Diplôme d’études collégiales. Études en traduction, un atout.
- Minimum de six mois d’expérience en coordination de projets de traduction.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook).
- Connaissance du logiciel SDL Trados Studio/Team, un atout.
- Autonome dans un environnement collaboratif.
- Sens de l’urgence et capacité à gérer les priorités.
- Souci du service à la clientèle.

**Title**: Coordinator, Translation and French Communications

**_The impact you will have:_**

As **Coordinator, Translation and French Communications**, you will work closely with the Senior Coordinator and report to the Supervisor, Translation and French Communications. This position is intended for a versatile individual who wishes to be involved in all stages of translation project management, including the triage of translation requests, internal customer satisfaction and relations with translation service providers.

**_What you’ll do:_**
- Receive, analyze and sort translation requests.
- Clarify requests and negotiate deadlines as required.
- Assign translation, revision or proofreading tasks to internal or external resources and ensure coordination and ongoing communication between stakeholders.
- Format, layout or publish documents online, as required.
- Deliver translations and close requests.

**_What you’ll bring to the table:_**
- College diploma. Translation studies an asset.
- Minimum six months' experience in coordinating translation projects.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Knowledge of SDL Trados Studio/Team software an asset.
- Autonomous in a collaborative environment.
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities.
- Customer service oriented.
