**A**bout the Role**:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating general legal, financial and/or securities translation projects and ensuring that these projects are completed within specified timelines while maintaining superb quality standards. It is a position requiring excellent organizational skills as well as high-level customer care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting and assisting with the entire project cycle, including project setup, coordination with the client, matching and coordination of translators and other linguists and graphic design through to delivery
- Coordinating and tracking project pricing, profit margins and budgets
- Responding to and providing solutions for client queries and requests before, during and after completion of projects (in coordination with the project manager)
- Improving customer service, efficiency and relationships with resources
- Continual product improvement through the management of client translation memories, glossaries and/or guidelines, and monitoring linguistic team performance to ensure quality and consistency
- Coordination with our Translations AI development team to help our technical developments in the field of translations AI.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree and/or experience in translation project management
- Fluent (excellent written and spoken skills) in English and French
- Superb planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication/customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong sense of personal responsibility for projects and responsibilities
- Previous experience in a project coordination position
- Experience with translation management software and translation memory software (Plunet / Memsource)

**Hours of Work**
- Alexa Translations' hours of operation are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday EST (Eastern Standard Time - Eastern North America)
- This position requires attending to the office 2-3 days a week.
