We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and service appointments.
- Manage leases: track expirations, renew leases, and issue notices.
- Collaborate with the accountant to chase unpaid rent and assist landlords in filing ORT claims.
- Represent landlords at ORT court hearings when necessary.
- Host open houses and showings to secure new tenants.
- Conduct market research to help landlords determine appropriate rent pricing.
- Perform detailed move-in and move-out walkthroughs, document property condition, and ensure units are tenant-ready.

**Qualifications**:

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience in property management is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Fluency in English is required; ability to speak Mandarin is an asset.
- Comfortable handling both administrative and field-based (Open house etc.)property management tasks.
