**The Opportunity**

We are looking for someone who will provide property management, lease management, leadership and a high level of customer service and professionalism to a 222-unit residential rental project in the heart of The Meadows neighborhood in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This position will report to the General Manager.

**Further responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining the CRM and following up with potential leads and client requests
- Preparing leases & credit checks
- Managing inventory levels (suites & parking)
- Setting up and executing showings and tours
- Organizing and maintaining lease documentation
- Managing the office including ordering supplies, handling mail, dealing with couriers, and greeting visitors
- Assisting with inspections of suites (move in & move out)
- Ordering and managing marketing collateral
- Reporting on traffic
- Maintaining show suite(s)
- Maintaining constant communication with building maintenance personnel on needed repairs or maintenance

**Here is what you bring**:

- YARDI experience an asset
- Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel proficiency is a must)
- Organized & detail driven
- A background in sales or leasing, preferably within a real estate environment
- A positive go-getter attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
