We are seeking a Property Management company to oversee the daily operations of a 150 unit apartment building - Coral Gardens in Saskatoon.

You will represent us ensuring the safety and security of both the buildings and tenants.As a company you conduct yourself with professionalism at all times, you are transparent with your communication, forward thinking and progressive with your approach.

1.) Minimum of five years managing multi-family units with multiple buildings.

2.) What are you monthly fees as a percentage?

3.) Describe to us how you attract and retain tenants in a down market?

4.) Describe your emergency protocols and regular insurance protocols.

5.) How often do you visit and inspect the properties you manage?

6.) Do you have a maintenance team as part of your full-time staff or do you contract maintenance work out?

7.) Do you have experience working with a live in care-taker?

8.) Any other pertinent information you feel would be important for us to know.
