**About the Role**

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Property Administrator & Leasing Agent to be the operational backbone of our Saskatoon portfolio. This is a performance-driven role, blending administrative precision with leasing hustle. You’ll manage daily property operations, show vacant units, post notices, track keys, and ensure our systems and tenants are always on track.

**Key Responsibilities & Performance Metrics**

**Leasing & Vacancy Management**
- Show vacant units and follow up with leads.
- Track and meet monthly leasing KPIs (e.g., # of showings booked, % of units filled).
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy in lead tracking software.

**Tenant Communication & Support**
- Answer inbound calls from tenants and prospective renters.
- Respond to and resolve tenant inquiries promptly.
- Maintain high tenant satisfaction scores (tracked via internal feedback).

**Inspections & Property Oversight**
- Complete move-out inspections and interior inspections.
- Deliver furnace filters to homes on a scheduled basis.
- Log key checkouts and maintain a secure key tracking system.

**Operational Support**
- Post eviction notices and other legal documents as directed.
- Complete daily and weekly operational tasks in our software system (monitored via task completion rates).
- Assist with general admin duties and support the property manager as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Haves**:

- 2+ years administrative or property support experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- **Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.**:

- **Laptop and Smart Phone.**:

- Clean criminal record check.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- 1+ year experience in property management or leasing.
- Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio, Propertyware).
- Experience posting legal notices and coordinating inspections.

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Occasional Saturdays or evenings for showings

Pay: $40,000.00-$46,230.00 per year
