**SUMMARY**:
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES**:
**1. MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS**
- Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of MRP Systems.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth integration of MRP into daily operations.
- Work closely with the supply chain and production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with production teams to align schedules with capacity and demand.
- Oversee inventory levels and maintain accuracy.
- Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and carrying cost while ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- To ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards.
- Implement measures to address any quality issues and continuously improve quality processes.
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production targets and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate field operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
- Collaborate with field teams to address challenges and optimize project delivery.

**2. HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE**:

- Develop and implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry regulation and best practices to maintain compliance.
- Establish and monitor safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment for all team members.

**3. CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively, striving for client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.

**4. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.

**5. EXPENSE MANAGEMENT**:

- Monitor and control expenses ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

**EDUCATION**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field may be substituted for education requirement.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven experience in operations management with a focus on Manufacturing Resource Planning.
- Proven experience in geophysics operations, with a strong understanding of survey methodologies and equipment is an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**
- First Aid and CPR/AED Certificate is desirable
- Full G License is a must

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
