Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Mississauga, ON. The Operations Manager will oversee daily airport operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and aviation standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, addressing operational challenges, streamlining workflows, and maintaining safety and regulatory requirements. The role will also involve monitoring performance metrics, optimizing operational processes, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team-building, and operational management skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving, process optimization, and decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards in the aviation or related sectors
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the aviation, transportation, or logistics industry will be advantageous
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work various hours as needed
