**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain financial records using accounting software.
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing using payroll systems and payroll tax filling.
- Prepare GST tax filling
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in financial services or a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of payroll GST filling procedures.
- Ability to perform account analysis and reconcile discrepancies effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.

Pay: $17.15-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 37.5 per week
