**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
- Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with budgeting processes by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Utilize accounting software such as Workday, ADP, Sage, Kronos, or PeopleSoft for various accounting functions.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software including Workday, ADP, Sage, Kronos, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and account reconciliation techniques.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of budgeting principles is a plus.
Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
