Mayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for an **Accounting Clerk** to join their team in Brampton.

The **Accounting** Clerk** will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of vehicle transactions.

The **Accounting **Clerk** will handle stocking in vehicles, document processing, and dealership paperwork.

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

**Job Duties**:

- Stock in vehicles using 180 & CDK.
- Receipt payments.
- Report vehicles sold to manufacturer.
- Payout floorplan.
- Process deals.
- Complete internal work orders.
- Maintain journals and dealership records.
- Assist with Reception.
- Other duties as required.

**What We Look For**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.**:

- **Experience with CDK and 180 is an asset.**:

- Customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must bring a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
- Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- Team-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
