**Compensation**:
- Full-Time Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year depending on experience.
**Job type**:
- In-person in Edmonton, AB, with some remote work.
- The ability to travel is preferred, although the vast majority of work will be at our office
- Working hours are flexible but are generally M-F 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

We are looking to hire an office manager/administrative assistant. You will be provided with professional development to increase your skills. Your responsibilities will scale as your abilities grow, and you will have an opportunity to leave your mark on our team and company.
**Initial Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the team (tasks and their priorities will be vetted by the founder)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Order catering when appropriate
- Manage the flow of information and communication within the office
- Set meeting schedules and keep shared calendar and documents up to date
- Maintain office supplies and equipment and order branded merchandise on occasion
- Provide support in the preparation of proposals, reports, PowerPoint slides, and other documents including printing materials and collating information packages
- Coordinate travel arrangements for consulting staff
- Keep track of the Founder’s expenses, mileage, and collect receipts
- Provide support in the management of human resources and finance
- Support the management of the company's social media and digital communication

**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft and Google products
- Experience with digital communication and social media
