**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage reception operations, including handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and organizing meetings.
- Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize Xactimate and XactAnalysis software to help estimate and track job progress.
- Process job files and documentation related to restoration projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and field technicians to ensure smooth operations
- Support the financial side of operations with minor bookkeeping tasks, AP and AR
- Work with Jonas accounts software for job costing, billing and other related tasks
- Collaborate with Contractor Connection platform to manage job assignments and communications with contractors
- Maintain organized filing systems and track key projects milestones

**Experience**
- Experience in Restoration: 2 years of experience in an administration roles within the restoration industry.
- Proficiency with Xactimate & XactAnalysis: Familiarity with Xactimate/XactAnalysis to assist in estimating, job tracking, and project management.
- Familiarity with Jonas Accounting: Knowledge of Jonas Accounting software to support financial and billing functions.
- Contractor Connection Experience: Prior experience with the Contractor Connection platform is preferred.
- Bookkeeping Knowledge: Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and ability to assist with accounting functions.
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $38,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
