**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the IT talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, specifically with expertise in hiring NetSuite professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of the NetSuite platform and related technologies.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certifications in recruiting or human resources.
- Previous experience working in a technology-focused organization.

**Salary**: $22.50-$30.00 per hour
