Netsuite Business Analyst

Harbor is seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst & Administrator, Integration to work on a one-year contract with our growing company. The NetSuite Business Analyst & Administrator, Integration plays a key role in improving business process and configuring and maintaining the NetSuite software so the company can maximize its workflow and achieve its business goals. It's a role that requires a person to have accounting and tech knowledge to maintain the software.

To date, Harbor Global consists of notable acquisitions and has operations globally in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. The NetSuite Business Analyst & Administrator will not only help maintain NetSuite and improve business process, but this role will also be responsible for the migration and integration of acquired companies and business to the Harbor's NetSuite. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Integration. The role is located in Canada and is fully remote.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Administer production and sandbox environments
- Customize and maintain detailed financial reports and saved searches.
- Design and develop solutions within NetSuite leveraging SuiteScript, workflows, bundles and other NetSuite functionality
- Provide end-user support on features and functionality
- Analyze and debug reported issues
- Help implement best practices for the administration of NetSuite (i.e.: user access/roles, field/data usage, custom entity management, change management)
- Help implement automation into NetSuite to improve business processes.
- Help implement integration between NetSuite and other systems like SalesForce and PowerBI.
- Support Senior Manager of Integration in evaluating process for acquired companies/business and help migrate data and processes into NetSuite.
- Participate in NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
- Support data import process and migration.
- Coordinate and upload data into sandbox environment to identify translation issues and areas where additional data may be required.
- Coordinate and upload data into production environment.
- Develop and provide training to end users.
- Regular evaluation of the NetSuite implementation in order to identify and address outstanding issues, and provide recommended optimizations

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting or a relevant discipline
- 2+ years experience in NetSuite
- Demonstrable experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration
- Demonstrable strong knowledge of core NetSuite modules, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, design to build, Record to Report, and Advanced Financial Modules.
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in SuiteScript and developer skill are considered an asset
- Experience in NetSuite integration with other systems (SalesForce, PowerBI) is an asset
- NetSuite certifications are considered a strong asset.
- Can confidently provide support and user training across departments.
