**JOB SUMMARY**:
A Lead Technical Consultant at Argano is a seasoned member of the Technical Consulting team with deep technical expertise. They are responsible for leading and managing mid to large scale software projects using Argano’s professional services and solutions. They have a deep understanding of software development and often serve as technical experts within the company. Their responsibilities include writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software. A Lead Technical Consultant leads the analysis/design phase of the system development life cycle to develop user requirements and determines best business/technical solutions to meet those needs ensuring the ability to meet users’ implementation time frames.

**Opportunity**:
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled EBS R12 HCM Senior Developer to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic Cloud HCM/ERP implementation project.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and manage mid to large scale software development projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain solutions in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 HCM modules, including Core HR, OAB, and Payroll.
- Design, implement and maintain inbound and outbound HCM interfaces
- Develop EBS HCM conversion extracts for Cloud upload
- Design and develop and maintain HCM extensions
- Actively participate in Cloud HCM/ERP implementation projects.
- Design and implement interfaces both inbound and outbound, conversion extracts, PL/SQL API's, and Fast Formulas.
- Proficient in working with back-end tables to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Actively participate in Cloud HCM/ERP implementation projects.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
- Design and implement solutions, gather, and analyze requirements with business owner and organize discussion and infrastructure requirement analysis to meet the defined business criteria.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies.
- Administer user groups and design, including creating users and user groups and allocate required permissions.
- Creating timelines and development goals.

**MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
EDUCATION:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development.
- Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

- 5 - 10 years of technical consultant experience for IT companies or in related field.
- Expertise in The following Oracle Modules : Core HR ; OAB (Oracle Advanced Benefits) ; Payroll
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages.
- Experience creating and maintaining databases.
- Experience working with Agile development technologies.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects for different clients.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**:Oracle Certifications a plus

The base compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
