Regina, Canada SRG Security Resource Group Inc. Full time

Security Resource Group (SRG) in Regina is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Regina Branch Office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and visitors. You will play a key role in building relationships with our staff, customers, and visitors to ensure we provide exceptional customer service.

Job Duties:

- Personally greet customers, clients and staff
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail
- Office Management
- Handle cheque deposits
- Assist with recruiting new employees
- Assist with posting job advertisements
- Arrange appointments for interviews, completing new hire paperwork
- Maintain employee files (physical and electronic)
- Coordinates company uniform program (issuing, collecting, cleaning, inventory)
- Assist with staffing assignments and staff assignment confirmation
- Assist with the development of Site Standing Orders
- Assist Human Resources and Operations as directed
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

- Positive and friendly attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a high paced work environment and dynamic work assignments
- Time management skills with a focus on meeting assigned deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills

Experience Requirements:

- 1-2 years experience in an administrative capacity
- High school diploma
- A diploma or certificate in business administration would be an asset
- Work experience working in a security role or related position would be an asset

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
