Payroll Administrator

**Job Summary**
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making.
**Duties**
- Implement and maintain payroll processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salary and hourly employees.
- Maintain payroll and employee records, including processing new hires, terminations, status changes and pay rate changes.
- Administration and reconciliation of employee benefits program.
- Manage the company’s Group Retirement Savings Plan (GRSP).
- Collaborate with the Finance department to assist with month-end reporting and year-end financial audits.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and deliver insightful HR analytics dashboards, through Microsoft Power BI.
- Support the bi-annual Performance Management cycle, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and salary benchmarking activities.
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant regulations.
- Experience and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software.
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
