**Location**: Ontario, Canada

**Working Hours**: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with one to two days per week from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

**Duties**:

- Manage HR functions for Ontario and British Columbia.
- Handle end-to-end payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Update and create job descriptions.
- Implement OH&S and manage Work Safe claims.
- Develop and review policies for compliance with legislation.
- Support employee engagement and company culture activities.
- Assist with HR projects and additional tasks as assigned.
- Learn and handle multinational payroll activities (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, UK)
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and assist with reports.
- Maintain HRIS and payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and update HR policies.
- Process workers' compensation payments and manage reimbursements.
- Assist with payroll across the organization and HRM software implementation.
- Maintain employee files and develop reward programs.

**Requirements**:

- Fully Canadian working rights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience (high level of exposure to and competency with Excel is a must)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience.
- Proficiency in HR software systems; experience with **ADP** is a plus.
