**Experienced Cocktail Bar Manager - The Raven Room**

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our talented bar team, elevate our cocktail program, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Cocktail Program Development**: Lead the creation and refinement of a renowned cocktail program, working closely with the bar team to deliver innovative drinks that reflect The Raven Room’s brand.
- **Spirit Education Program**: Collaborate with ownership to run tastings, workshops, and events that engage the community and elevate our brand’s spirit knowledge.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor, motivate, and develop a highly skilled team, setting high standards for service, professionalism, and team collaboration.
- **Operations & Inventory Management**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing costs.
- **Customer & Employee Relations**: Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both staff and guests, addressing concerns and ensuring high standards of service.

Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of bartending and bar management experience
- Expertise in cocktail and spirits knowledge with a passion for creating innovative programs
- Proven leadership with a strong ability to inspire and develop a motivated team
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory and costs
- Adaptabilit**y** to thrive in a fast-paced environment
