**Bar Manager - Lorette Brasserie**

Lorette Brasserie is a modern French-inspired dining room rooted in elegance, warmth, and hospitality. We are seeking an experienced and thoughtful **Bar Manager** to lead our bar program and elevate the guest experience through exceptional beverage service, team leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

**About the Role**:
The Bar Manager will oversee all aspects of the bar program—from curating cocktails and maintaining inventory to training staff and ensuring impeccable service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with creativity, discipline, and a deep respect for hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the bar team with professionalism, warmth, and clear communication
- Design and update cocktail and wine offerings in alignment with the Lorette brand
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily bar operations, including prep and close
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Maintain strict adherence to cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Train, mentor, and inspire bar staff to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in bar or beverage management, preferably in an upscale or fine dining setting
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and aperitifs
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ontario Smart Serve certification (or equivalent, depending on location)
- Passion for hospitality, precision, and innovation

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
