**The Role**:
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring all nightly activities run smoothly and efficiently. From leading a dedicated team to executing flawless events and upholding our core values, you'll be at the forefront of throwing great parties for our guests. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full sales & product knowledge
- Schedule and managing a team (including recruitment, training and development, coaching and discipline management)
- Attend and contribute to regular operations meetings focused on profit and revenue, labour, and employee feedback
- Daily inventory to ensure the business is set up for success for the following shift
- Liquor licence compliance
- Champion internal feedback and hook up programs
- Marketing and event execution
- Uphold Core Values: Have Fun, Encourage Trust, Show Kindness, Act like an Owner & Hustle

**Requirements**:

- Hospitality/Marketing/Sales background (events management experience highly regarded)
- Guest experience focused and maintaining community connections
- Administration and computer skills (Microsoft products, POS, employee timekeeping programs)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication skills and ability to react calmly to challenging and stressful situations
- SIR
- First Aid (or ability to acquire)

**Salary and Team Perks**:

- $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
