**The Role**:
As a Dance Bar Promoter, you will be responsible for driving attendance, generating buzz, and enhancing the overall brand presence of each dance bar’s locals nights. You will primarily be engaging with the locals crowd in Whistler, promoting specific nights of the week, and creating effective marketing strategies to attract new guests while boosting our presence with existing guests.

**Responsibilities**:
Promoting Locals Nights:

- Work closely with each dance bar to attract new guests and whilst also building
- momentum and maintaining interest within the existing local crowd.
- Build rapport with prospective guests and provide information about specific locals
- nights.
- Create a compelling value proposition for each prospective guest.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Drive ticket sales and fill the guestlist by leveraging proactive in-person sales tactics and
- personal networks.
- Collaborate with management to develop packages and promotions that maximize
- revenue.

**Qualifications**:
(Preferable but not required)
- Experience in event promotion, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in the nightlife or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for nightlife and entertainment.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of
- individuals.

- $17.40 hourly wage plus 10% commission on all net sales.
