**The Role**:
Are you a nightlife enthusiast looking for your next adventure? We've got an opportunity that you won't want to miss Moe Joe's is seeking talented and passionate individuals to lead our team as** Bar Manager.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Full sales & product knowledge
- Schedule and managing a team (including recruitment, training and development, coaching and discipline management)
- Attend and contribute to regular operations meeting focused on profit and revenue, labour and employee feedback
- Daily inventory to ensure the business is set up for success for the following shift
- Liquor license compliance
- Champion internal feedback and hook up programs
- Marketing and event execution

**Requirements**:

- Hospitality/Marketing/Sales background
- Guest experience focused with community connections
- Administration and computer skills (Microsoft products, POS, employee timekeeping programs)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication skills and ability to react calmly to challenging and stressful situations
- Serving It Right certification
- First Aid (or ability to acquire)

- $19 - $20 hourly salary based on position, experience and qualifications.
