**Table Nineteen** is looking for a **dynamic**, **creative**, and **responsible** Bar Manager to lead the Bar team at a busy lakeside restaurant at **Nicklaus North Golf Course**.

**WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO**
- Take ownership of the vibrant bar at Table Nineteen
- Go above and beyond to educate, inspire, and motivate the Bar team
- Train your team to flawlessly execute the drink menu and tailor **creative beverages** to each Guest's desire.
- Mingle with our appreciative and **fun clientele**; ensure they receive quality service and drinks.
- Support a variety of fun **events**: patio BBQs + weddings + lively cocktail receptions.
- Use your voice; we **embrace** new ideas.
- Master new skills based on your own ambitions; we provide support for your personal and professional **growth**.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- ** 1-2 years’ experience** in a managing bartending role; wine, cocktail, and inventory knowledge is essential.
- Exceptional **communication** and organizational skills.
- Natural ability to coach and influence others.
- Ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind.
- ** Multi-tasking** proficiency and an effortless ability to prioritize.
