**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, every other Saturday; 5-day work week

**Job Duties**:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and schedule availability
- Assist and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Complaint Resolution: Listening attentively to customer complaints, empathizing with their concerns, and working towards resolving issues effectively. Troubleshooting problems, escalating complex cases when necessary, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide general administrative support
- Uses programs such as Navision and the Schedule to create customer cards and book service appointments
- Tags parts for service work and assists with equipment diagnosis

**Job Requirements**
- 1 year experience in a service industry and experience in coordinating
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to unanticipated issues
- Proficiency with computers
- Must be available to work weekends
