Bachly Construction is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our Emergency Insurance Restoration Team.

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in helping restore properties damaged by emergencies such as fire, water, and natural disasters. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the successful restoration of our clients' properties

Hours of work are 7:30am - 4:00pm from Monday - Friday.

Our office is located at: 27 Nixon Road, Bolton.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Clean and Sanitize**: Thoroughly clean and sanitize residential and commercial properties affected by emergencies, including fire and water damage.
- **Debris Removal**: Remove debris, damaged materials, and hazardous substances from the restoration site, ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients and team members.
- **Surface Cleaning**: Clean and disinfect various surfaces, including walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and appliances, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- **Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning**: Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, stain removal, and odor control as required.
- **Window Cleaning**: Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure they are free from streaks and residue.
- **Mold Remediation**: Assist in mold remediation efforts by cleaning and treating affected areas while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to safety and environmental regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record and document cleaning activities, including before-and-after photos and notes on the condition of the property.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with restoration technicians, project managers, and other team members to ensure a seamless restoration process.

**Competencies**:

- Previous experience in cleaning and restoration, especially in an emergency insurance restoration context, is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical safety.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
- Able to meet the physical demands of this job
- Firm understanding of safety regulation and the use of personal protective equipment

**Requirements**:

- Access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license (G) with a clean driving record
- Must be available for full time work, Monday-Friday
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, in emergency situations (rotating on-call schedule)
