Answer company calls after hours on a rotation basis

Provide free damage inspections/assessments

Report damage assessment findings to homeowner and RC System

Organize job with lead tech.

Explain the agreement between RC and homeowner, Sign agreement

Assist homeowners with filing their insurance claim

Emergency Project Coordinator must explain the entire claims process to insurance adjuster

Measure Job site

Prepare and send Project report.

Arrange for trade inspections (HVAC, PLUMBER, ELECTRONICS,ELECTRICAL,ROOFING)

QUALIFICATIONS:
An outgoing personality

As a part of the sales process

Possess the ability to multi-task

Strong customer-service orientation

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client

Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies

Adherence to all company workplace policies

Posses a valid Class G Ontario Drivers license with no restriction and good record

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma

Other Education/Certification/Training preferred: IICRC Certifications are considered an asset

Asbestos Abatement Worker and supervisor is an asset

Work experience required: (2) years of experience in restoration services. Job-related experience required: Two (2) years in a supervisory capacity is preferred. Technical

Being able to speak Spanish is an asset.

Requirements Equipment: knowledge of proper use of Vacuum cleaners, dust-aids, portable cleaning equipment, tools, restoration equipment like, dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, etc. Mask fitting

Software and other Competencies:
Learn inhouse app reporting system.

Willing to take part in on-call rotating schedule

Able to work after hours and on Holidays when necessary

Ability to lift up 50 lbs.

Willing to submit personal information for a criminal background check

Perform other duties as may be required

Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership

Skills in the areas of construction safety and productivity

Effective communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
