Integricon:

- a leading property restoration and construction company in southern Ontario
- offices from Niagara to Ottawa and north to Barrie
- provides emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties affected by floods, fires, or other property damage
- on the cutting edge of job management using processes and technology to track and monitor its jobs

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to work in the GTA area with:

- 3 to 5 years of construction experience, preferably in insurance restoration
- estimating experience
- experience overseeing emergency mitigations and/or construction projects, both residential and commercial
- working knowledge of the building envelope, building sciences and project management
- a dedication to monitoring job costs to ensure job profitability
- IICRC certification would be an asset
- working knowledge of Xactimate
- computer literacy is a must for this position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- property restoration project management: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction Project Managers: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
