We are a restoration company specializing in providing exceptional restoration services to our clients. Our dedicated team is committed to assisting homeowners in recovering from flood damage with efficiency and utmost care.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Disaster Restoration Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience in interior home restoration/renovation to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful completion of multiple restoration jobs, ensuring timely execution, high-quality finishes, and the collection of payments.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing all aspects of the restoration, effectively communicating with clients and contractors, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed, conducting site inspections, maintaining job documentation, and ensuring safety compliance.

Ideal candidates possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities (Spanish is preferable), and a solid understanding of Canadian home interior construction.

Experience with industry-standard software like Xactimate is a plus. This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $65,000. If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for helping others recover from challenging situations, we encourage you to apply.
