**About the job**
We are looking for a motivated and passionate **Business Development Representative **to join our incredible team.
**About the Role**
You’re a natural-born sales specialist & consultant who loves developing profitable marketing strategies to reach out to prospects at scale. You can understand the tactics and strategies that will correlate with lead generation and sales process. You take your client’s success personally, protecting and maximizing each invested dollar as if it were your own.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads, qualify and set up appointments for our Business Development team
- Work closely with the Business Development team to understand their needs and goals
- Keep accurate records of all calls and interactions with potential clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in the digital advertising or car dealer industry
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable with making cold calls and reaching out to potential clients
- Experience with CRM software and lead tracking systems is a plus
