Administrative Assistant/receptionist

**About the Role**
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting daily office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and update third-party accreditation documentation and records online
- Order, track, and manage office supplies
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Prepare correspondence and documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, SharePoint etc.)
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
- Provide professional reception and front-office support, including greeting visitors and answering phones
- Prepare and ship office packages as required
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Support a diverse workforce with administrative needs
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Experience in event planning and coordination
