- The Receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for our clients, providing_

- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Lead Shift Operations:_
- Serve as the lead on shift, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high level of service is maintained throughout the shift._
- Booking and Customer Management:_
- Manage the booking system eficiently, responding to phone calls and inquiries in a timely manner._
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, directing them to their scheduled services and ensuring they are comfortable._
- Responding to phone calls and supporting customer with setting up their profiles in booking system._
- Payment Processing:_
- Handle all payment transactions accurately, managing the payment system and maintaining cash control in accordance with company policies._
- Service Coordination:_
- Provide clear directions and assistance to the Contrast Therapy Attendant and Beer/Seaweed Baths Attendant to ensure smooth operation and service delivery._
- Facility Management:_
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance needs for both the Contrast Therapy and Beer/Seaweed Bath areas, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment._
- Daily Operations and Reporting:_
- Complete daily checklists detailing operational tasks and responsibilities._
- Conduct water analyses during the shift, logging and tracking results accurately in the system._
- Feedback and Improvement:_
- Record and communicate any issues or suggestions for improvements to the management team, contributing to the overall enhancement of spa operations._
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the spa or_
- hospitality industry._
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact eBectively_
- with a diverse clientele._
- Proficiency in using booking and payment systems; familiarity with spa_
- management software is a plus._
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask_
- eficiently._
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and professional under_
- pressure._
- Knowledge of spa services and treatments, including an understanding of health_
- and safety protocols._
- **Work Environment**:_ _This position involves working in a dynamic spa setting with varying_
- operational needs. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be required._
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
