Front Desk Receptionist

**Overview**
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to support clients seeking services and ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments for consultants.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle client intake processes, including gathering basic information and documentation.
- Manage and update client records in digital and physical formats.
- Respond to client inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
