Our Hospitality Group is looking to hire an experienced **Restaurant Manager** to join our already established team of hard-working and experienced professionals. The ideal person will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service, as well as experience in a Restaurant Management position. **BASE SALARY**: $45,000-50,000 + tips (making approx 85-90K a year) **POSITION**: Floor Manager **SCHEDULE**: Tuesday - Saturday (40h+) **WHY WORK FOR US?** - Competitive wages + Professional training - Unlimited growth opportunity within our hospitality group - Great team spirit + Supportive work culture - Discounts at our all WITH HOSPITALITY restaurants (Ryu, Ayla, Livia, Sushi Dept, etc.) - Join an experienced, expanding and professional restaurant group catered to modern hospitality **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service - Ensure positive guest service in all areas - Investigate and respond to complaints; turning dissatisfied clients into return guests - Manage staff and maintain a high level of employee morale - Recruit, train, motivate Front of House staff - Show leadership in creating a supportive and encouraging work culture - Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures - Achieve operational objectives by implementing action plans concerning productivity, quality and standards of service - Complete daily briefs and shift end reports **QUALIFICATIONS** - Min 3 years of management experience in a high end restaurant - Knowledgeable and passionate about food, wines, spirits and alcoholic beverages - Ability to demonstrate extreme organization in a fast paced environment - MUST BE a team player No "Big Egos" - Must be completely bilingual (FR & EN) **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - Evening shift Supplemental pay types: - Tips **Experience**: - Restaurant management: 3 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) - French (required) Work Location: In person
