**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash management and POS system operations accurately.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $56,265.71-$80,321.31 per year
Expected hours: 32 per week
