**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring food handling practices.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and sales tracking.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and food handling regulations.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
