We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new Plant Based concept opening next month.

**Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for optimal efficiency.

**Customer Service**:

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Address customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve the dining experience.
- Train and guide staff to provide exceptional customer service.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts, considering business needs and employee preferences.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

**Ordering and Inventory Management**:

- Implement and manage efficient systems for ordering supplies, including food and beverages.
- Examine goods reception and maintain a high level of quality across the board.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock control to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely deliveries.

**Financial Management**:

- Monitor and control restaurant expenses, labor costs, and overall budget.
- Manage cash and floats for the week.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.

**Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and organizations.
- Participate in community events to promote the restaurant.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management.
- Passion for culinary excellence and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Familiarity with restaurant software for scheduling, inventory management, and point of sale.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is a **plus**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
