**Position Summary**

Reporting to the High Voltage Lead for the Turnaround, the **Electrical Field Coordinator of High Voltage Distribution Systems** will work in close collaboration with Turnaround and Maintenance Technicians to ensure the electrical distribution systems and critical electrical process equipment outage scope is managed effectively. As part of the Turnaround team this role will indirectly report to the Turnaround Superintendent.

**Responsibilities**:**
- Supports TA planning and scheduling activities for Refinery Electrical Distribution System work as a specialty;
- Supports the development of NWR's distribution systems work breakdown structure and specialized resource allocation /scheduling for all distribution system TA tasks;
- Provides plant support during the pre-work, shutdown, and startup phases of the Turnaround;
- Verifies quality standards for testing (NETA, IEEE) and testing reports;
- Leads TA work management processes (Maximo, content server, N-drive) and ensures a high standard of data to and from the contact support teams and will represent NWR;
- Maintains a high standard of integrity in all aspects of business processes;
- Plans and prepares high voltage switching documentation, lockouts, and Guarantees of Isolations (GOls);
- Works with the NWR Electrical Team, contract electrical maintenance workers and related vendors as required;
- Works with Operations to understand and implement back-feed requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Power Systems Electrician and/or Electrical Engineering Technologist;
- Journeyman Electrician;
- More than 10 years of Protection Relay testing experience;
- Experience with Doble and Omicron testing equipment;
- Commissioning experience on AC and DC systems;
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with standards such as NETA, IEEE and CEC;
- Preferred knowledge of the North West Redwater refinery
