**Position Summary**:

- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure that the dealership meets or exceeds Hyundai’s standards for customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry to effectively coach and train the sales team.
- Work closely with the finance and insurance department to maximize profit opportunities for the dealership.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that the dealership has the right mix of vehicles to meet customer demand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hyundai and other vendors to ensure that the dealership has access to the latest products, technologies, and services.
