**Responsibilities**:

- Lives Forbes Bros. value of WE WORK SAFE & never compromising on safety in all aspects of our every day
- Entering and maintaining various data in BC Hydro via SAP and Viewpoint
- Routinely downloading and accurately entering Job Registration of work orders in Viewpoint and create corresponding folders in OneDrive
- Scheduling BC One Calls as required for all jobs as per schedule.
- Responsible for uploading, downloading, and maintaining data to and from designated shared file and one drive
- Ensuring and tracking traffic control permits, letters, and TMP handouts are delivered in a timely manner
- Updating, maintaining, and communicating Traffic schedules and BC Hydro schedules to jobs
- Coordinating, entering, and updating schedules in the dispatch board coordination for crews on jobs
- Updating all job statuses and required information accurately in SAP and SM accordingly
- Arranging third party rentals, travel bookings, accommodations, and payments as required
- Processing, entering, and maintaining AP Invoice approvals via Viewpoint and Concur
- Ensuring all expenses are entered and processed in a timely manner
- Submitting ISD extensions as required
- Effectively and consistently communicating with BC Hydro for all job changes, requirements, and updates
- Entering change orders into the appropriate system(s) in timely manner as requested by jobs
- Tracking and maintaining various documents for projects and crews for reporting purposes
- Perform other related administrative or regional project-based duties as assigned

**What We Are Looking For**:

- High School Diploma and/or Certification in related field
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a relevant role
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Oracle, SAP and/or Viewpoint, an asset
- Willingness to work on-site at the Surrey office location (Monday - Friday)
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast paced and changing environment
- Employment is contingent upon presenting a valid Driver's License and an acceptable drivers abstract
