- Assist the construction management team with various admin tasks.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Reception and customer service.

**Job Brief**
Duties of the Office Administrator include providing support to our management team and employees, assisting in daily office requirements, and managing our companies’ general administrative activities. This role will be greatly associated with the construction team and related areas. Knowledge of new home construction would be an asset, but not required.
- What does an Office Administrator do?_

Ultimately, a successful office administrator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain meticulous homeowner files.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Aid in planning company events
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

**Salary**: $25.00-$26.00 per hour

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
