**GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

This position coordinates and facilitates the flow of production processes by reviewing, monitoring, and releasing of work order travellers and picklists to the shop floor to maintain the established production schedule. Persistent tracking and expediting are key to the success of this position and the entire team.

**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Initial review of work orders; review to verify and track components required for all new work orders upon being scheduled (with completion dates up to 6-8 weeks out) - tracking notes are added to the production schedule.

Incoming receipt review; each receiver (upon receipt from PO) is reviewed to determine if the incoming materials are immediately issued to work order(s), or to be placed into stocked inventory for later use.

Print and release work order travelers and picklists to the production floor; continuous and ongoing review so necessary work is sent to the floor as required to maintain the production schedule and on time delivery to customers.

Work with purchasing to advise of newly needed expedites (ie when only partial deliveries have been received, etc)

Attend daily production meeting to review all open orders and report on issues.

Assistance with inventory preparation, counts, recording and/or review may be required.

Other duties as assigned.
