IPAC Consulting is a leading national firm specializing in Infection Prevention and Control, working across healthcare, construction, and compliance sectors. As we expand our suite of digital tools and internal systems, we’re looking for a hands-on **Product Development & Technology Coordinator** to help support and enhance our growing tech operations.
**The Role**
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, organizing, and leading technical initiatives. You’ll help coordinate product development efforts, oversee day-to-day performance of our internal and client-facing digital tools, and play a central role in both innovation and technical support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support development and maintenance of our products and related software tools
- Provide system design input, participate in testing and QA, and document performance
- Coordinate internal technical priorities and timelines with our development team
- Manage and improve existing tools
- Assist in UI/UX refinement and front-end enhancements
- Collect data and documentation for government funding programs (e.g., IRAP, SR&ED)
- Offer technical support to internal staff and escalate product issues as needed
- Research and recommend technical solutions that align with business goals
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap of digital products and features
**Who You Are**
- Technically fluent with modern development concepts and product life cycles
- Experience working with or coordinating software teams
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Bonus: Experience with IRAP, SR&ED, or healthcare tech products
- Must be comfortable working full-time **in-office in Woodstock**
