Are you an organized and people-focused leader who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces? Stonemont Retirement Lifestyle is seeking an **Environmental Services Coordinator** to oversee the day-to-day housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation operations of our beautiful, modern retirement residence.

As part of our Environmental Services team, you’ll help ensure our community is safe, sparkling clean, and welcoming for the seniors who call it home. From leading a team of dedicated staff to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control, your role is essential in creating a healthy and comfortable living environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee daily housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation operations.
- Schedule, support, and supervise environmental services staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout resident suites, common areas, and service areas.
- Implement and monitor infection prevention and control practices.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning and laundry supplies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to cleaning-related service requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning support for events, resident move-ins, and special projects.

**What You Bring**
- Experience in housekeeping, laundry, or environmental services (hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience is an asset).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of infection control and WHMIS safety regulations.
- Ability to coach and motivate a team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Respectful and professional communication, especially with seniors.
- Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
