**Join the Natural Purity Team as a Customer Service Representative - Full-Time, No Weekends**

Natural Purity, a recognized leader in environmental home solutions, is expanding its team in the Greater Ottawa Area. We're currently hiring enthusiastic **Customer Services Representatives** who are passionate about helping homeowners improve their overall home environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Conduct in-home environmental testing to assess possible contaminants.
- Educate customers with engaging and informative in-home presentations, walking them through customized solutions that meet their household’s needs.
- Recommend and explain a variety of product packages, tailored to each home’s requirements.
- Evaluate installation needs on-site and estimate associated costs.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Respond to incoming sales leads and schedule appointments with qualified, pre-screened clients.
- Participate in follow-up programs to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referral business.
- Communicate your weekly schedule and lead progress with the National Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate installations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain a professional image and represent Natural Purity with integrity.

**What We Offer**:

**What You’ll Need**:

- A reliable vehicle for travel to customer appointments (mandatory).
- A polished, professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Full-time residency in Canada - **must be located in the Greater Ottawa Area**.
- A willingness to learn and the motivation to succeed.
