**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems such as Salesforce, ADP, PeopleSoft, or Kronos.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time records and related documentation.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and professional development programs for staff.
- Participate in employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HR software such as Salesforce, ADP, PeopleSoft, or Kronos is a plus.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with interviewing techniques and talent acquisition strategies is advantageous.
